Chapter 2 is the DC motor speed regulation system, mainly introducing the concept, indicators, and methods of speed regulation, the role of negative feedback, the composition and characteristics of single-loop with and without static error DC speed regulation systems, and an introduction to the speed-current dual-loop system and reversible systems. Chapter 3 is the AC motor speed regulation system, introducing the cascade speed regulation of asynchronous machines and the speed regulation of electromagnetic slip clutch, with a focus on the principles of frequency conversion speed regulation and common frequency converters, as well as the application of frequency converters in engineering. Chapter 4 mainly introduces the principles and applications of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), with a focus on the programming components and instruction system of the F1 series PLCs, a brief introduction to the C series PLCs, and multiple application examples. Chapter 5 is CNC machine tools, introducing the characteristics, working principles, and development trends of CNC machine tools, the position detection and servo components of CNC machine tools, the basics of CNC machine tool programming, and maintenance. Chapter 6 lists four experimental contents for selection and use. This book can be used as a teaching material for mechanical majors in higher vocational colleges and technical colleges, or as a teaching material for relevant majors in adult universities and radio and television universities, and can also be referenced by engineering technicians.
