At 14 months, the baby has hip dysplasia, but it hasn't reached subluxation yet.

Patient's question:

14 months later, I discovered that my thigh bone would make noise. I went to the children's medical center for diagnosis, and they said I needed to be hospitalized and put in a cast for hip dislocation. However, there were no beds available, so I had to wait. The children's hospital diagnosed developmental dysplasia of the femoral head, requiring hospitalization for internal surgery and a cast. Again, there were no beds available, so I had to wait. Xinhua Hospital diagnosed developmental dysplasia of the hip joint, but it hadn't reached half-dislocation yet, so they just suggested I wear a brace, and I started wearing one.

Doctor's answer:

It is recommended not to let the baby stand for 10 more times, because at this stage, the baby's bones are highly flexible and have low hardness, not yet strong enough to support their body. Standing too much may cause leg deformation. However, exercises and massage for the lower limbs can still be continued.
