Features: The study of the impact of Confucian culture on contemporary and future societies, especially on modern economic management, is an important topic for scholars in China and even around the world. Based on this understanding, I chose this topic as my research subject, hoping to contribute some of my perspectives for discussion with everyone. The study of the modern influence of Confucian culture is an eternal topic, a meticulous and time-consuming endeavor that cannot be rushed. Patience and perseverance are required. As a short essay titled "Waiting" says, "The charm lies in waiting." Waiting often spans years, but it doesn't always mean wasting time or life. As long as one progresses step by step, the time spent is not wasted. If one were to choose the most important word in life, it would likely be "waiting." The sun waits until night, the moon waits until it is full, merchants wait for daily sales, workers wait for monthly salaries, farmers wait for autumn harvests, and civil servants wait for promotions. Sand accumulates into a tower, water accumulates into a pool.
