Help finding a doctor

Patient's question:

My child was born at 9:51 AM on December 13, 2012, at Nanxiang Hospital (Cesarean section). The doctors at Nanxiang Hospital discovered a heart murmur in the child. After being sent to Shanghai Children's Hospital for examination, the doctors diagnosed the child with congenital heart disease: pulmonary valve stenosis (severe); patent ductus arteriosus; atrial septal defect (II). Is this serious? The doctors required me to be hospitalized by December 21 and said it would cost 40,000. At the time, I didn't have any money. The doctors warned that if I didn't stay in the hospital, the child would be at risk of shock if surgery wasn't performed in time. I hope everyone can provide me with some good advice and help from kind-hearted people. I will never forget everyone's kindness after this. My child is a boy, and both my wife and I are now very distressed and in immense grief. My wife hasn't even been out of the hospital for a full month since the Cesarean section, and we've been running around everywhere. My phone number is 13482643808.

Doctor's answer:

Under normal circumstances, many people may hear heart murmurs, which need to be determined as either physiological or pathological. Generally, soft heart murmurs below grade three are usually physiological, meaning they are normal and not caused by heart disease. Therefore, there is no need to be overly anxious if you have a heart murmur. A color Doppler ultrasound examination of the heart can usually determine this. If the heart murmur is pathological, such as in cases of congenital heart disease, a color Doppler ultrasound examination should be able to detect it. As for myocarditis, based on your examination and treatment process, it has not yet been confirmed. It is recommended to continue treatment and re-examine myocardial enzymes after one month. Don't hurry—there should be no problem.
