NoDoctor's answer:
Initial symptoms include low fever, reduced appetite, discomfort, and often accompanied by sore throat. Oral ulcers appear 1-2 days after the onset of fever, initially as small red blisters that commonly transform into ulcers. Oral blisters are commonly found on the tongue, gums, and oral mucosa. 1-2 days later, skin maculopapular rashes may appear, some of which are vesicular, and the rashes are usually not itchy, commonly seen on the palms and soles, and may also appear on the buttocks. They are generally not severe. Almost all patients recover without treatment.
