The second chapter is a review of theories and models. It focuses on analyzing the theory of corporate financing preferences and the measurement model of equity costs. The third chapter, as the theoretical research part of this book, focuses on studying the equity preference of corporate financing. The fourth chapter conducts an empirical analysis comparing equity-only preference. Detailed statistical and analytical results show that both enterprises in developed countries and developing countries maintain relatively stable capital structures and obvious and common equity preferences. The fifth chapter empirically verifies the cost of equity capital. The last is the conclusion. This book comprehensively and systematically summarizes the theoretical and empirical research results related to this issue. Academically speaking, it is of great significance.
