To further inspire children's interest in painting landscapes and guide them to depict the magnificent mountains and rivers of our country using Chinese ink painting techniques while traveling or observing the beautiful scenery of nature, we have invited contemporary young and middle-aged painters to compile thematic books in the "Children's Chinese Painting Introduction: Landscape" series. This volume, "Guilin Landscapes," consists of 17 lessons, covering the step-by-step techniques for painting mountains, rocks, trees, clear springs, flowing water, as well as the techniques for depicting unique peaks. It also includes reference images for inspiration, making the content rich and visually engaging. It enables children to grasp the basic techniques of painting scenic landscapes and mountains and rivers, while also cultivating their moral character and artistic appreciation. We hope this series will benefit children's painting, sketching, and creative abilities, and that they can use their brushes to make our world more vibrant and colorful as they observe and appreciate famous mountains, rivers, and gardens.
