Features: The FBI Director Tenet is a "Hitler" clone. Under the guise of addressing the rising crime rate, he secretly plots a constitutional amendment: when a "state of emergency" occurs in the country, the National Security Council, led by the FBI, can rule the nation and suppress all those deemed necessary to be eliminated (including the President). On one hand, he uses various means to push for the amendment's passage; on the other hand, he employs all means to hasten the arrival of this "state of emergency." His reckless actions are resisted by righteous figures led by Attorney General Collins, and a complex and fierce struggle of power seizure and counter-power seizure unfolds.
