This book analyzes the problems of Chinese private enterprises, starting from an international and modern perspective, hoping that every private entrepreneur can also adopt such a perspective to deeply plan for their own enterprises and draw lessons from international experience. In the past year, I have devoted almost all my time and energy to visiting a representative group of private enterprises. Reality tells me that as an economic entity with increasingly significant influence in China's market economy system, the emergence and development of private enterprises convey the most representative information of this era. In the not-so-distant past, private enterprises were a taboo subject. Going further back in time, we can vaguely see some shadows of private wealth. But when we open our eyes to search for those once-glorious histories, they have all, without exception, turned to dust and smoke.
