The old witch Kualin brought a man-eating lion from the South Sea, intending to devour both Xiao Xiao and Jing Jing, causing the Prince Duluchi to lose his protection. One night, the man-eating lion sneaked into Xiao Xiao's house following Kualin the Witch's orders. Alerted, Xiao Xiao escaped with the Prince Duluchi and informed Jing Jing of the danger. The man-eating lion chased Xiao Xiao and Jing Jing relentlessly, while toads Gugu and crocodiles Babu led the witch soldiers in surrounding and blocking them. In the midst of the crisis, the monster Chatterbox suddenly appeared, stopping an imminent battle. In the amusement park, the wooden horse man helped Xiao Xiao and the others avoid disaster at the request of "Slime" Liu Liu. Just as Xiao Xiao and the Prince Duluchi discovered the man-eating lion's weakness, two toy soldiers, Kaka Ding, appeared simultaneously, leaving Xiao Xiao and the Prince Duluchi confused about who was real. The anger of the messenger, the white parrot, revealed the true identity of the fake toy soldiers, Kaka Ding, to Xiao Xiao and the Prince Duluchi, causing Kualin the Witch to erupt in fury. Jing Jing proposed to fight the man-eating lion and devised a plan to lure it to the presence of the monster Chatterbox.
