Features: Liu Minhao was born in Handan City, Hebei Province in 1962, with ancestral roots in Tangshan City. He began creating comics in 1982, and over the past two decades, his works have been published in various periodicals such as "Satire and Humor," "Chinese Comics," "Comics Monthly," and "Workers' Daily." In 1990, he graduated from Hebei Normal University (evening division). Currently, he serves as the vice president of the Handan Comic Association, a standing council member of the Hebei Association, and a member of the Hebei Branch of the China Artists Association. Since 1985, his works have won numerous awards in domestic competitions. From 1990 to 2003, he was selected 10 times for the international comic art festival in Noord-Houtem, Belgium. Between 1990 and 1996, he won 6 awards at the International Comic Competition in Japan. From 1990 to 2003, he received 7 awards at the International Comic Competition in Japan. Additionally, his comic works have been selected and awarded in international competitions in Turkey, Germany, Iran, Brazil, France, Yugoslavia, Sweden, and other countries. I enjoy Liu Minhao's comics, and I also value the interesting yet quirky nature of his works. A boring comic is not a good one. Interest, rationality, charm, atmosphere, humor, and linguistic appeal—only when something is engaging can it truly move the heart.
