"The Time Machine": A scientist travels to the future world of the year 802,701 in his own time machine. The world has transformed into a vast garden, filled with palace-like structures. The noble class, known as the Eloi, have degenerated physically and mentally due to their overly comfortable lives, becoming beautiful but useless specimens. The Morlocks, on the other hand, keep the Eloi as livestock, feeding on them.
"The Food of the Gods": Two scientists create a food called "Heracles' Fear," which can cause life to "grow to a giant size"—the so-called "Food of the Gods." Once any creature consumes it, they grow wildly, transforming into giants, leading to horrifying consequences.
