Features: This is a biographical novel depicting the life and experiences of Mozart's son. In the novel, Mozart's son is determined to achieve something that surpasses his father, but even the greatest success pales in comparison to the brilliance of a genius. Thus, he embarks on a journey: seeking out those who knew his father well. Finally, he learns the true father behind the glory, and he no longer avoids, but faces himself and the world with courage.
It's another story of the child of a famous figure. Happiness and misfortune are inextricably intertwined with his life, something he can neither escape nor avoid. The whole world loves his father, Mozart, but she loves only him—with genuine love. Who is luckier, he or his father?
As a child, while traveling with his mother and aunt on tours, he longed to be his true self. Yet the audience refused to let the story of a genius end too soon, and even his mother wanted to treat him as a substitute for Mozart. He constantly asked himself: Where am I? Am I destined to be forever "Mozart's son"?
In his struggle, he met a graceful governor's wife who sought to follow in his father's footsteps. Finally, he discovers the true Mozart—a man who has cried, suffered, loved, and even been abandoned in the midst of the world. He no longer runs, nor does he resent.
On his deathbed, he finally faces his relationship with his father with courage and tells the one he loves that he loves her, because only in her heart is he truly himself.
Why is the curtain tightly closed? Perhaps if it were drawn, there would be too many onlookers, and the truth would have to squeeze back into the dukes' clothes. Because of love, he chooses to face it bravely and find himself.
