Features: spaces typically have more functions than general apartments and exhibit strong connectivity between indoor and outdoor areas. Therefore, the scope of considerations in interior design is also broader. Generally, the size of each space unit on each floor of the entire building, the layout, circulation paths, and functional usage must be carefully planned in advance to meet the diverse needs of users. Additionally, the placement of staircases must be decided with caution, as any changes to the staircase location will inevitably alter the indoor circulation paths and may even require modifications to the layout. It can be said that a small change can have far-reaching effects. Furthermore, the positioning of water, electricity, and air conditioning systems, as well as their pipelines, and the floor plans of furniture arrangements, must all be meticulously planned and drawn up in advance. How to arrange a villa residence to be aesthetically pleasing and comfortable is undoubtedly one of the key focuses of interior design, and it is also a shared goal pursued by both owners and interior designers. To provide readers with more references on villa interior design, this book collects 35 exemplary works by outstanding designers from Taiwan, accompanied by color images and floor plans for explanation. It is hoped that these examples can inspire everyone. Here, we would also like to express our sincere gratitude to the designers who provided their works for this book, and we kindly invite readers from all walks of life to share their insights!
