1961: Born in Jiufen Town, Ruifang County, Taipei County, Taiwan.
1977–1985: Learned Japanese Ikenobo Flower Arrangement under the guidance of Professor Li Yuhua, Director of Huaxin Branch, and is currently an instructor at the Huaxin Branch.
1985–1995: Taught at Chen Xianghua Flower Art College, specializing in bridal flower decorations, venue arrangements, flower art design, French bouquet wrapping, and gift wrapping.
1985: Obtained teaching certification from the Floral College in Chicago, USA.
1985: Learned about color and aesthetics under the guidance of the art calligrapher Wan Dajun.
1988: Founded Xuan International Flower Shop and Flower Art Studio.
1990: Studied at the AFS Education Center (AMERICAN FLORAL SERVICES).
1991: Attended an artistic gift wrapping study session at the Agoubeau classroom in France.
1993–1995: Studied business, management, interpersonal skills, and image at Dynasty Management Consulting.
1994: Obtained the Master qualification as an International Flower Designer from the French C.I.F.A.F. Art Floral School.
1995: Served as Creative Director of Re'a Metal Creative Design Company.
1995: Founded Xuan International Flower Art Design Company in mainland China upon invitation from Shanghai Fengda Wedding Agency.
1995: Participated in filming a series of lifestyle art aluminum wire home decor creation units for the "Good Morning Today" program on Huashih TV.
