This book is divided into 10 chapters, providing a detailed introduction to the conclusion of construction project contracts, construction supervision contracts, construction survey and design contracts, general and subcontract contracts for construction projects, other contracts related to construction project contracts, the implementation management of construction project contracts, the management of claims under construction project contracts, the resolution of disputes in construction project contracts, and international construction contracting contracts, among others. This book is suitable for teaching in civil engineering disciplines at universities and colleges, as well as for the study of professional technicians engaged in the management of engineering contracts.
