Doctor's answer:

If constipation is severe and there is too much feces in the rectum, a single "laxative suppository" does not induce defecation, then an enema machine must be used to perform an enema. Purchase an enema set, fill it with 500 ml of 0.2% soapy water, and wash out the accumulated large amount of feces (or have an enema performed at the hospital). Then, follow the above method to train defecation. We call this training method "three-stage defecation training":
