Features: Since the release of this series of books, its actual scope of use has far exceeded the campus of higher normal universities and has been widely accepted by society. Perhaps it is because it is arranged according to the principle of progressive teaching, with an appropriate proportion, widely collecting excellent and practical pieces from all over the world, both ancient and modern. At the same time, the entire tutorial covers levels from beginner to advanced, which has a guiding and enlightening effect on some young piano teachers in teaching. Moreover, as far as I know, since China has not yet established a systematic and professional discipline of piano education, young piano teachers have only graduated from piano performance programs and have not specifically studied how to teach piano. Therefore, guidance in how to use piano teaching materials is especially needed. However, compared to the requirement of "cultivating self-taught piano teachers," we still have a significant gap. Because in teaching, in addition to the use of teaching materials, there is also the important topic of teaching methods. These two aspects are known as "teaching materials and methods" in the discipline of education. I hope this "study guide" can play a role in both of these aspects.
