To combat drug traffickers, Chan Kai-keung was sent to mainland China. His primary mission was to go undercover and infiltrate a mainland labor camp to rescue the drug dealer, Tiger Strong. Upon arriving in mainland China, Chan Kai-keung was fascinated by the local public security officers, and he was particularly interested in the beautiful female officer Michelle Yeoh. However, he never expected that he would have to fight side by side with this police chief of the Criminal Investigation Department. Through Tiger Strong, they successfully infiltrated the drug trafficking group. But undercover work has always been a dangerous profession, fraught with danger at every turn. In the drug den of King San, the two navigated among the drug lords and, in the end, eradicated the drug trafficking group.
