Features: Bai Shouyi (1909-2000), a Hui ethnic native of Kaifeng, Henan, graduated early from the Institute of Chinese Studies at Yanjing University. Part D, "Biographies," selects biographies of 150 Hui individuals from the Yuan Dynasty to the modern era, showcasing the contributions of the Hui ethnic group to the Chinese nation. In terms of structure, this book is akin to General History of China, edited by Bai Shouyi, and the two can be considered sister works. The publication of this book is expected to have a significant impact on academia.
