Features: Mechatronics is a discipline that organically combines mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, computer science, information technology, and more. At the same time, for engineering technicians, it is also a new and rapidly developing professional technology. This book combines the core aspects of mechatronics (system modeling, simulation, sensors, actuators, real-time computer interfaces, control) with industrial practical applications arranged in chronological order, aiming to help readers better understand and master this new discipline. The book covers a wide range, discussing methods for modeling and simulating physical systems (see Chapter 2), such as block diagrams, improved analog methods for modeling, and new visualization simulation software. Numerous examples involve applications across various industries, reflecting the author's practical, design-oriented writing style.
Book Features · Provides an overview of mechatronics from the perspective of system modeling, while also detailing all the tools required for designing, testing, and implementing high-quality mechatronic systems. · Improves traditional analog modeling methods, enabling the direct creation of basic block diagrams for physical systems using graphical and other comprehensive information. · Describes the operation and selection criteria for various devices in the sensors and actuators section. · Discusses the use of actuators, converters, sensors, and microcontrollers in mechatronic system design. · Reviews classical control theory, explaining the design steps for the eight most common types of control in mechatronic systems. · Analyzes the component integration details and design concepts of practical applications through specific case studies, such as robotic operations, machine tools, and flight subsystems.
