Features: Due to the development and widespread application of multimedia technology, people urgently need to understand and master this technology to facilitate their daily life, study, and work. Currently, many universities offer multimedia courses, which are highly practical. Therefore, how to guide students in hands-on practice and reduce teachers' workload is an urgent issue to address. Based on the current situation, we have written this book. Against the backdrop of popular multimedia software and textbooks, this book helps readers familiarize themselves with and master the use of multimedia software through typical hands-on operation examples in a relatively short time. The content of this book includes: the creation, playback, and conversion of audio files in different formats; how to obtain the required images and the use of image viewing software; the use of image processing software Photoshop 7.0; the creation of two-dimensional animations often used on web pages; video file acquisition and editing; and the use of Authorware 6.0, which is frequently used in multimedia creation. Each chapter is divided into multiple examples. For each example, the running result is provided first, followed by the key knowledge points related to the example, then the operation steps, and finally, tips on operation skills and precautions are given. At the end of each chapter, exercises are included to deepen the understanding and mastery of the chapter's knowledge. This book can serve as a guide for hands-on practice courses on multimedia technology for computer-related majors in higher education institutions, as well as a reference book for self-study.
