Features: The development of meat goat industry in our country started relatively late, with outdated management methods, low production levels, poor economic benefits, and still in the preliminary stage. It also focuses on elaborating on the characteristics of meat goat and by-products, as well as their processing and utilization methods. The content is advanced, scientific, practical, and written in plain and concise language to facilitate reference for sheep farmers (farms) and veterinarians and animal health professionals.
