Can the hospital measure eye trauma?

Patient's question:

Sometimes intraocular pressure can be high

Doctor's answer:

Instruct the patient to look down as far as possible with both eyes. The examiner places the tips of the index fingers of both hands on the skin surface of the upper eyelid margin, alternately gently pressing the eyeball. Using the method of checking the fluctuation, the examiner feels the tension of the eyeball with the fingertips to determine its firmness. Recording method: "Tn" indicates normal intraocular pressure, "T1" indicates mild elevation of intraocular pressure, "T2" indicates moderate elevation of intraocular pressure, and "T3" indicates extremely high intraocular pressure, with the eyeball being as hard as stone. Conversely, if the eyeball is slightly softer than normal, it is recorded as "T-1," moderately soft "T-2," and "T-3" for extremely soft.
(2) Tonometry: There are generally two types of tonometers commonly used. One is the indentation type, such as the Schiotz tonometer, and the other is the applanation type, such as the Goldmann applanation tonometer. Additionally, there is the non-contact pneumatic tonometer.
