How is arteriovenous malformation treated?

Patient's question:

Pelvic examination upon admission with high-frequency probe; Significant swelling is observed on the right side of the perineum, with mixed echoic foci visible within, measuring approximately 75x60mm. The superficial boundary is relatively clear, appearing to have a capsule. The deep part shows unclear imaging, with heterogeneous internal echoes including areas of hypoechoic, hyperechoic, and isoechoic mixed regions. No significant changes are noted in the posterior echo.
CDFI: The internal blood flow signal within the aforementioned foci is markedly rich, with thick blood vessels surrounding the periphery. Arterial and venous spectral patterns are visible.
Mixed echoic foci on the right side of the perineum, rich in blood flow with visible arterial and venous spectral patterns. Further examination with MRI is recommended.
Admission diagnosis 1: Pregnancy 4, delivery 1, intrauterine pregnancy at 30 weeks + 5, cephalic presentation.
2: External genital mass with infection.
3: G6PD deficiency.

Doctor's answer:

In this case, it is often necessary to consider actively treating the symptoms first, then considering surgical cesarean delivery, followed by further treatment for conditions such as vascular malformations.
