What should be done about hypoxia in newborns?

Patient's question:

Wife's amniotic fluid level is 22, doctor recommended C-section (15 days early). Right after birth, the doctor didn't let the child breathe oxygen, and everything was normal. On the third day, after the child's bath, we found the child sleeping for a long time, with the longest duration being around 6 hours, accompanied by jerky hand movements. Subsequently, we consulted the neonatal ward, where the doctor recommended a CT scan, which showed brain hypoxia. Now, the child needs to be hospitalized for 10 days of treatment.

Doctor's answer:

Condition of the child: It is recommended to undergo nutritional brain cell treatment for a period of time and wait to see the results. If the child does not have seizures, it is not a major concern. Wait and see after one course of treatment. If the child's neurological test score is greater than 35, it is not a major concern.
