In response to the Fourth Five-Year Plan for Legal Education among Citizens issued by the Central Propaganda Department and the Ministry of Justice, and under the guidance of the Legal Committee of the National People's Congress, this book was jointly written by famous experts and scholars from the Supreme People's Court, China University of Political Science and Law, Renmin University of China, the Law School of Peking University, and other renowned universities across the country.
