The book was jointly organized by the "National Center for Computer Education in Primary and Secondary Schools" under the Ministry of Education and the "National Information Technology Curriculum Standards Research Group."

Author Introduction: Professor and Doctor Zhang Jianping was born in Quzhou, Zhejiang, in 1956. He is currently the Dean of the School of Educational Science and Technology at Zhejiang Normal University and the Director of the Center for Modern Educational Technology Teaching and Experimental Demonstration in Zhejiang Province. He is also a master's supervisor in educational technology. Additionally, he serves as a council member of the Machine Learning Committee of the Chinese Society of Artificial Intelligence and as the vice chairman of the Zhejiang Provincial Association of Higher Education Technology. In 2002, he participated in the Ministry of Education's basic education curriculum reform and was a core member of the Information Technology curriculum standards research group for senior high schools. He is engaged in teaching and research in computer-assisted education, educational technology, and information technology education. He has led multiple ministerial and provincial-level research projects, such as "Research on Instructional Design under Informatization Conditions" and "Development of Intelligent Hypermedia Remote Teaching Systems." He has published nearly 10 monographs and textbooks, including Modern Educational Technology: Theory and Application, Research on Educational Management Information Systems, and Internet and Network Education Applications, and has authored over 60 papers in domestic and international journals.
