How should pediatric anemia be treated?

Patient's question:

In January 2014, severe sweating during sleep and bruxism occurred. The local county hospital was visited for examination, and blood tests showed normal results. A blood test for trace elements during a haircut revealed slightly elevated lead levels and mild calcium deficiency. Four-dimensional particles and gluconate of zinc and calcium were prescribed. After taking them for two months, symptoms improved. Recently, it was noticed that the complexion had become slightly yellow (due to picky eating, not eating vegetables). The local municipal hospital was visited for examination, blood tests were conducted, and the diagnosis was pediatric anemia. Compound ferrous sulfate particles were prescribed.

Doctor's answer:

Currently, based on the blood test results, apart from anemia, there are no other apparent issues. It is recommended to treat for a period of time and follow up in about 2 weeks. If the anemia does not improve, bone marrow aspiration and cytology examination can be considered to rule out other diseases.
