How to deal with refractory obesity

Patient's question:

Have you used weight loss pills, acupuncture, but didn't lose weight

Doctor's answer:

Obesity is a chronic metabolic disease that requires symptomatic treatment from perspectives such as nutrition, kinesiology, and medicine. Therefore, weight loss is not an easy task—it requires scientific methods, a certain level of perseverance, and more importantly, guidance and support from professional nutritionists or doctors. If one ignores the principles of weight loss and their own circumstances, blindly following trends is no different from testing one's luck with drugs. If you happen to get it right by chance, that's luck. Unfortunately, luck won't bless everyone. More often than not, incorrect weight loss methods can only lead to wrong results.
