Does this belong to the category of nystagmus?

Patient's question:

At first, you might see things unclearly, with blurry edges of your vision; then, your eyes will feel, with severe pain between your eyebrows; finally, you will vomit. After sleeping, it will be fine. Around 10 years later, it would flare up irregularly several times a year, causing great pain. Could there be a genetic factor for glaucoma? My grandmother and aunt have glaucoma and have undergone surgery.

Doctor's answer:

Analysis of the condition: It should not be considered nystagmus, but it could be a precursor to glaucoma.
Recommendation: Rapidly elevated intraocular pressure, a hard feeling in the eyes, often causes nausea, vomiting, sweating, etc. The patient may see colored halos around bright lights or a rainbow-like phenomenon (rainbow vision), which are all symptoms of glaucoma.
If tension is the primary factor, vitamin B injections can be effective. Please use it under the guidance of a doctor.
