Features: With the restructuring of production and circulation enterprises in China, rapid economic development, and increasing market competition, the logistics distribution industry is gaining more and more attention. The development of society has placed higher demands on logistics and distribution, necessitating the establishment of a more advanced and scientific logistics system. Distribution methods are a core component of modern logistics, often considered a synthesis of the modern market economy system, modern science and technology, and systematic logistics thinking, differing fundamentally from the general concept of "delivery." Of course, the significance of distribution for economic development lies more in its role as a strategic tool for enterprise development. The evolution from traditional delivery to high-tech-supported distribution, serving as a strategic tool for enterprise development, is a relatively recent development of just the past one to two decades. Based on this need, we have strengthened the research on logistics distribution from both theoretical and practical perspectives. This is the purpose of compiling this book. The book is divided into nine chapters, clearly elaborating on the basic theories of distribution concepts and operational processes, systematically studying logistics distribution issues, and proposing strategic guidelines and measures for the development of China's distribution industry through case studies on distribution. This book was designed and organized by Liu Na. Chapter 1, Chapter 5, and Chapter 9 were written by Xu Yang, Chapter 2, Chapter 6, and Chapter 7 were written by Yu Qin, and Chapter 3, Chapter 4, and Chapter 8 were written by Liu Na. During the compilation process, we also received strong support and assistance from comrades such as Li Yaping and Gao Lei, for which we express our gratitude.
