Child myocardial damage

Patient's question:

Later, the myocardial enzyme profile returned to normal. By then, the cold had also subsided. The dynamic ECG report indicated sinus arrhythmia (occurring at night). The doctor prescribed immune-boosting medication, assuring me it was nothing serious.
On April 14th, I still felt uneasy, as the child would sigh and say they were tired, but they appeared lively and didn’t seem exhausted. The myocardial enzyme profile test showed only AST at 58 (reference range: 5–55), while the other results were within normal limits.

Doctor's answer:

Hello. I have read your child's report. The auxiliary tests were mainly to rule out whether your child had concurrent myocarditis after a cold. Based on the auxiliary tests, myocarditis is either absent or under control. I still recommend you have your child tested for a complete blood count.
