Features: To further promote the scientific, systematic, and standardized development of road engineering bidding and supervision in China, the Engineering Management Department of the Ministry of Transport first commissioned the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Transport to compile the "Model International Bidding Documents for Road Engineering." Subsequently, it commissioned the Sichuan and Yunnan Provincial Departments of Transport to develop the "Model Domestic Bidding Documents for Road Engineering." This document consists of five volumes and three appendices. Considering the varying formats, the fourth volume is published as a separate supplement. The first volume includes the Invitation to Bid, Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions of Contract, and Special Conditions of Contract. The second volume contains the Technical Specifications. The third volume includes the formats for the bid and bid security, bill of quantities, bid supplementary tables, format for the contract agreement, and format for performance security. The fourth volume features the drawings, the fifth volume presents the survey data, and the three appendices are the Prequalification Method, Prequalification Documents, and Guidelines for Preparation.
