Features: In order to further promote the scientific, systematic, and standardized development of tendering and construction supervision in highway engineering in our country, the Engineering Management Department of the Ministry of Communications first commissioned the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Communications to compile the "Model International Tendering Documents for Highway Engineering." Subsequently, it commissioned the Sichuan and Yunnan Provincial Departments of Communications to compile the "Model Domestic Tendering Documents for Highway Engineering." This model consists of V volumes and three appendices. Considering the different formats, the fourth volume is published as a separate supplement. The first volume includes the Invitation to Bid, Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions of Contract, and Special Conditions of Contract. The second volume contains the Technical Specifications. The third volume includes the formats for the bid and bid security, bill of quantities, bid supplementary tables, format for the contract agreement, and format for performance security. The fourth volume consists of drawings, the fifth volume contains survey data, and the three appendices are the Prequalification Method, Prequalification Documents, and Drafting Instructions.
