Doctor's answer:

This may be due to indigestion. In traditional Chinese medicine, vomiting in children is considered to be caused by stomach qi rising. When the stomach is affected by cold or cool pathogens, it can lead to discomfort in the stomach qi, which in turn causes vomiting. If medication is needed, you can take Sìmó Tāng (Four Grindings Decoction). Additionally, you can give your child ginger and brown sugar water, which is very effective in stopping vomiting. Ginger also has the effect of warming the stomach, which can help counteract the cold pathogens in the stomach. Furthermore, make sure to keep your child warm and encourage them to drink plenty of warm water.
