Doctor's answer:

Hello: Treatment of precocious puberty:
(1) Gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogs (GnRHa) are synthetic hormones derived from replacing glycine with D-tryptophan, D-serine, or D-histidine. Long-acting formulations are now commonly used, at a dose of 0.1–0.3 mg/kg, administered intramuscularly every 4 weeks. D-serine-GnRH can be absorbed through the nasal mucosa. This medication can improve final height.
(2) Medroxyprogesterone is used for girls with precocious puberty, with a daily oral dose of 10–30 mg. The dose is reduced and maintained after the onset of efficacy.
