Features: Many of the lifestyles we take for granted are actually not correct. Let experts guide you out of misconceptions and step into a healthy green life! I often hear my grandfather say, "A hundred steps after a meal can lead to ninety-nine years of life." After every dinner, he would slowly walk to the lake, hands behind his back. Exercising more after meals can make the digestive system work more smoothly, aid digestion, and help absorb nutrients better, which is naturally beneficial for the body. No one doesn't want to live a long and healthy life, and there are countless ways to stay fit. However, relying solely on experience or imagination often leads to misunderstandings. The saying "A hundred steps after a meal can lead to ninety-nine years of life" is meant to convey that post-meal activity aids digestion. However, from a physiological perspective, this claim is not entirely accurate. As we know, the nutrients we consume must be digested and absorbed before they can be utilized by the body. Digestion and absorption are not completed solely by the digestive system. They require the coordinated effort of many organs and tissues, and among these, the circulatory system plays a crucial role.
