Pediatric giant ureter

Patient's question:

Detailed medical history and consultation purpose: Prenatal examination revealed hydronephrosis of the left kidney in the child. After delivery, as the child showed no obvious symptoms, no treatment was administered. At 6 months, cloudy urine was observed, and self-administered routine urine tests consistently showed white blood cells. Hydronephrosis of the left kidney, full-length dilation of the left ureter, and exclusion of a cyst at the distal end of the left ureter are noted. Consultation purpose: To find a good surgical treatment method.
