The book consists of three parts and 12 chapters: Part 1: An Overview of the World Trade Organization, including WTO and China, the emergence and characteristics of the WTO; Part 2: WTO Agreements, including the Agreement on Customs Measures, the Agreement on Non-Tariff Measures, other agreements on goods trade, the General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS), the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS), and the Understanding on Dispute Settlement Rules and Procedures; Part 3: WTO and China's Service Industry, including WTO and China's retail industry, WTO and China's tourism industry, and WTO and China's financial services industry. It is hoped that the release of "Business Rules and Practices" will help business students learn and understand the basic knowledge of the WTO and the fundamental rules of international business, providing insights for exploring ways to enhance the competitiveness of China's circulation industry.
