As early as 1988, our press published "The Compendium of Tang and Song Ci Appreciation," which was highly favored by readers. As one of the literary forms, Ci reached its peak during the Song Dynasty. People are accustomed to comparing Tang poetry and Song Ci, with Song Ci, Tang poetry, and Yuan Qu being regarded as the three gems in the history of Chinese poetry. To meet the demands of the readers, our press selected the parts related to Song, Liao, and Jin from the original "Compendium of Tang and Song Ci Appreciation" and compiled this "Compendium of Song Ci Appreciation."
