Is it a calcium deficiency or infantile spasms?

Patient's question:

Subject Description: A few days ago, it was noticed that my sister's hands and feet were twitching (sometimes it felt like her head also twitched a few times). Each episode lasted three to four twitches, and it happened several times a day. This phenomenon occurred before sleep and after waking up. After twitching, she sometimes cried and slept restlessly, preferring to be held by an adult to sleep. When placed in bed, she would rub her head left and right on the pillow, as if the bed had fleas. There were no other symptoms. No such signs were observed during the postpartum period. Local doctors were consulted and diagnosed with calcium deficiency, recommending the use of fish oil (Eiko Shin). Starting today, she has begun taking it, but there is still some concern. Please advise whether it is calcium deficiency or infantile spasms (if hospital examination is needed, what tests are required)? Additionally, please ask what supplements can be taken.

Doctor's answer:

Hello, give it to the child first, and we also need to have a CT scan. If there is anything unclear, feel free to ask.
