How to add complementary foods for children

Patient's question:

My daughter just turned 4 months old, and it's the right time to start adding complementary foods. I bought Heng-style for her. I'd like to ask how many times a day should she eat it at the beginning, how much per meal, and how to prepare it properly? Thank you

Doctor's answer:

Hello, the following method is better:
6-7 a.m.: Breast milk
9 a.m.: Fruit puree (optional: apple, banana, pear, orange)
1 fish oil capsule
11-12 a.m.: Rice porridge 1 spoonful (add 1/4-1/2 yolk) Breast milk
2-3 p.m.: Calcium water (half a package of "Gai Wu Shuang" mixed with water) Breast milk
4 p.m.: Vegetable puree (optional: carrots, spinach, potatoes, leafy greens) Breast milk
6-7 p.m.: Milk 60ml (can also add yolk) Calcium water
10-11 p.m.: Breast milk
Midnight: Breast milk
