Features: This book is highly targeted for review, primarily intended for candidates to use as a final preparation after comprehensive study of all subjects. It aims to save candidates' review time, increase exam scores, efficiently grasp key knowledge points, cultivate practical experience, and improve exam-taking skills. The writing format and content arrangement follow the chapters specified in the exam syllabus and guide, compiled in the form of a key question bank for easy review and mastery. Under the guidance of authoritative information, combined with the practical teaching and research experience of the research group, and drawing on the strengths of similar books and materials, as well as an in-depth analysis of past exam questions, we have mastered the key to exam questions—i.e., the questions after each chapter in the syllabus are the exam focus. Based on the new syllabus and exam scoring standards, we have provided accurate and concise answers to the questions after each chapter, as well as other key and difficult questions in each chapter. A Focus Question Bank for Law includes five courses stipulated by the syllabus: Jurisprudence, Chinese Legal History, Constitution, Criminal Law, and Civil Law. Each course has a different weight in the exam and different question types. For the unified exam in the field of law, the total score is 100 points. Among them, Jurisprudence accounts for approximately 22 points, Chinese Legal History for approximately 18 points, Constitution for approximately 15 points, Criminal Law for approximately 25 points, and Civil Law for approximately 20 points. The exam question types include 10 true-or-false questions, 5 term explanations, 3 short-answer questions, and 2 essay questions. Based on the recent trends in question setting, Jurisprudence questions are usually closely tied to basic theories and concepts, emphasizing connections with other departments of law; Chinese Legal History focuses on the guiding principles of legal systems in different dynasties, important legal codes, their characteristics, and historical significance, with question types mainly being true-or-false questions, term explanations, and short-answer questions; the Constitution section is designed around constitutional provisions, belonging to the type of questions that test memory of legal provisions, with a focus on true-or-false questions, term explanations, and short-answer questions; Criminal Law is a key subject in this field, emphasizing important judicial interpretations and legal provisions, with a focus on theoretical assessment, primarily true-or-false questions, term explanations, and essay questions; Civil Law focuses on civil theory and important legal provisions, with General Principles of Civil Law being the core of this section, and question types mainly being true-or-false questions, term explanations, and short-answer questions. Based on this, we ensure that the writing is detailed and concise, highlighting the key question types for each course. As long as candidates grasp the score distribution and question types for each subject, they can review with precision, achieving twice the result with half the effort. At the end of the book, two sets of mock questions and reference answers are appended. Candidates are encouraged to carefully analyze them to understand the trends and characteristics of question setting.
