For the same place name, due to differences in the sources used, there may be variant spellings or translations, and some historical place names may differ from their current names. Some small place names appear in the operational maps and documents from that time, and it is difficult to verify their current standardized names. Although we have done a lot of work with the book's editor in verifying place names, there may still be shortcomings.
3. Regarding citations, some quotations in publications may not be loyal to historical archives, or the punctuation added by the original compilers may not be appropriate, or typographical errors in typesetting may not have been corrected. Therefore, when quoting these texts, minor changes have been made in this book. Also, to make the numbers in the quotations consistent with the numbers in the descriptive text, Arabic numerals have been used for the numbers in the quotations.
