Some may also exhibit increased vomiting and diarrhea. Slightly more severe cases may include coughing, which is generally not severe, occasional fever, but fever is not common. Severe pneumonia may present with respiratory distress, cyanosis of the face and lips, refusal to feed, abdominal distension, and even heart failure or respiratory failure.
