This book consists of 13 chapters, starting with an explanation of social crime and human psychology, and delving into the analysis and exploration of the generation, formation, development, and change patterns of criminal psychology and criminal behavior, as well as psychological issues in criminal countermeasures. The book highlights four key features: First, inheritability. During the research process, this book fully utilizes proven scientific theories and inherits the achievements of previous scholars. Second, developmental nature. As society continuously evolves, the content, methods, and approaches of research also develop. Therefore, on the basis of inheritance, this book combines the characteristics of the times and its own scientific research achievements to selectively refine and further enrich and perfect existing theories. Third, practicality and applicability. This book primarily serves as a textbook for undergraduate law students, emphasizing a theoretical foundation while closely aligning with social realities and judicial practice, highlighting practicality and applicability. Fourth, readability. This book can not only serve as a textbook for law students but also as a reference for comrades on the judicial front in their research on punishment, crime prevention, and offender rehabilitation. It is also available for all individuals with research interests in this field.
