Features: This book was written long before the War of Resistance. Due to the loss of reference materials left behind in the hometown and their subsequent destruction, I attempted to gather and restore the data, but the frequent disruptions during the war and my subsequent travels made it impossible. The publication of this book has been a long-standing wish, and now that it is finally printed, it has fulfilled my. However, despite the years of effort to piece together the content, it can only a fraction of the original , which deeply saddens me. When drafting the book, I had access to reference materials for convenience, resulting in sparse citations and missing notations. After the books were completely lost, these sparse citations became entirely . I have now removed all original text, its sources, and the page numbers of referenced books. Moreover, since the referenced statements were originally the opinions of certain scholars, and over time, I could not confirm their attribution, I replaced them with terms like "a part of the theory," "German scholars," or "French scholars." In such cases, compromises were inevitable. Fortunately, the purpose of citing sources was not to demonstrate expertise but to explore a practical legal method; there was no need for elaborate arrangements or accumulations. Any citation in the book must be one that the author considers relevant, or at least a widely accepted view in practice. Only those opinions that are not only relevant but also require discussion are included; other comparative references are omitted.
