What should I do if my baby is deficient in calcium, iron, and zinc?

Patient's question:

Eleven months have passed, and I went for a trace element test today. It showed a deficiency in calcium, iron, and zinc. Specifically, calcium was 1.38, iron was 8.42, and zinc was 46.81. How should I supplement? The baby is still anemic, and so am I. Currently, the baby is still breastfeeding, so I should supplement as well.

Doctor's answer:

Babies can be provided with supplementary foods, and dietary and medicinal supplements can be implemented. There are oral solutions of gluconate calcium and gluconate zinc available. For calcium supplementation, you can consume more milk, egg yolks, fish paste, shrimp paste, soups, and soy milk. For zinc supplementation, you can eat more liver paste, minced lean meat, meat paste, fish paste, and mushrooms. Medicinally, you can take gluconate zinc. For iron supplementation, eat more vegetables, tomatoes, rapeseed, celery, etc. Pears, oranges, jujubes, lean meat, egg yolks, and animal livers should be consumed as they are not easily digested in food. Vitamin E can also be taken.
