Is this really a seizure, child?

Patient's question:

Boy baby, last night he slept with me. Around 5 a.m., he woke up and was playing there. I was afraid he might choke on milk, so I turned him onto his side. As soon as I did, he spat out a mouthful of milk, kicking his feet and flailing his arms, but without trembling. Then, with a loud "wah," he started crying at high pitch and continued crying. When I picked him up, he coughed a few times, his face turned red while crying, and then he started feeding. After feeding, he took a nap but was restless, with expressions alternating between pain and laughter. His body also shook a few times, and I wonder if he was dreaming. What's going on? Is it a seizure? Or is he choking? It's so frightening.

As soon as I did, a mouthful of milk was vomited out. His feet and hands were kicking and flailing, but he wasn’t trembling. Then, with a loud "wah," he started crying at high volume and continued crying. When I picked him up, he coughed a few times. His face turned red while crying, and then he started feeding.
